what did he get you?

anything youve ever laid your eyes on. Gojo is a good listener and observant, he'd take anything youve mentioned you wanted and add it to his notes app. And the best part is that youre alaays shocked when its an item you kentioned earlier in the year.

Now Nanami, ugh my mannn, i know hed be a good gift giver, though its not as extravagant as Gojo, he would maybe get you maybe like 5 gifts max? but they would all hold so much value.

He seems like the type to gift you a puppy or cat, or like an expensive necklace that hes worked sooo hard for, all that overtime means nothing to him, when sees the way uour eyes light up and your smile so big it makes his heart swell.

Mm next is Getooo, my other man, he'd definitely gift you things you need, like lets say you ran out of favorite perfume, but its too expensive for you at the moment so he'd definitely gift you it. Or maybe you're in need of a new bag or shoes, he wouldnt hesitate to gift them.

Hmm, Sukuna, (im thinking of him in a modern au) mm youd def be his first girlfriend so he doesnt know what to get you, he finds it kinda dumb, but he doesnt want you to feel like he doesnt care, he does. He cares so much, that he will buy months prior just to make sure the things you want arent sold out and get on time. He cares so much, that he asks yuji to help him wrap the gifts. He cares SO MUCH, that he writes you handwritten letters, saying how much he loves and appreciates you.

Hm thinking about Megumi, since he didnt inherit his dad's gambling issues, he def have a good money saved up bc of gojo, i like to think gojo couldve given him an allowance, so hed probably gift you some sort of jewelry, or something you'd been wanting for a long ass time. Though hes not good at showing affection, he thinks he deserves the world and would gladly buy you anything youd want.

(x) As the Second Harbinger, one would think Il Dottore would be wholly disinterested in something like White Day. And it was a perfectly reasonable guess, after all, have you seen the Doctor?! But no, they would be wrong, having not seen how Dottore and his segments carefully procured their own little thing for you as a reciprocal gift for your previous presents on Valentine's Day.

Was this odd behavior for the scholars? Most definitely. Even for you this was uncharted territory. What could have prompted Dottore, who largely ignored the existence of holidays, to take the initiative? You believed it to be him finally deciding to be a cutie again. (As the banker once said, if Dottore didn't put more effort in, he may just sweep you off your feet instead - and as joking as the Ninth may have been, it had served to push Dottore forward (as planned).

Prime Dottore does the best thing he can for you - spend quality time with you. Sure, as much as you like all the neat gadgets he makes you to pass the time, it gets to a point it can no longer replace his presence. And so you two have dinner - whether you prefer it to be fancy with a romantic atmosphere, or something more relaxed with you two munching in bed. The day ends with lots of talking and rambling from both of you, a much needed break and reminder of your love. And don't worry, he didn't try to cook this time.

Alpha gifts you a pack of the very best pens Teyvat has to offer. They write flawlessly and it's genuinely breathtaking. After all, he remembers very well those days you spent in the Akademiya, and how you grumbled about only having cheap pens, but had all these essays to write. And since Alpha knows how much you love being fancy - don't worry - he got them in different colors too. Just don't draw on his notes (please do). And don't bother sharing them with him. He will probably end up breaking them eventually and get grumpy at you, as if it's your fault ink splattered all over him.

Beta is very proud of his gift and was secretly itching the whole time to see the look on your face once he finally gave it to you. Of course, it's machine related. As you've probably guessed, the gift in question is a Ruin Guard... customized to resemble... you? See, he had his agents give it a new coat of paint that is similar to you, and he's added a few small articles of your clothing that could go on it! It's majestic! Yeah... it may be a bit impractical, seeing as how huge it is, and you have to walk all the way to Beta's lab to play with it, but do you see his big, sharp grin right now? It's the culmination of his work for his dearly beloved, his two favorite things combined!

Delta isn't really a stellar gift giver, being as serious and unemotional as he is. But he still does believe in returning effort, especially when it came to you. However, that doesn't really change the fact he's unsure of what to give you, so he just sticks to the way he best communicates with you - actions - seeing as when he talks he isn't the most fun to listen to. Just expect to see a lot of your favorite things popping up throughout a very stress-free day.

Zeta presents you with a collection of books he's been storing that he'd think you'd like. Although this segment never seems to be around, and seems to talk even less, it doesn't mean he doesn't know what's going on in your life. Zeta listens to everything with interest and almost an uncanny precise memory, noting everything down. And of course, when he happens to hear agents speak about things you're also interested in, that is also noted. Sure, these things may not always be his sort of thing, but if you want the extraordinary rare first edition of "Shogun Almighty: Reborn as Raiden With Unlimited Power" or "Pretty Please, Kitsune Guuji?", he'll get his hands on it... even if it raises some eyebrows.

Though still a child, Zandy would never dare to miss out on gifting you something! He shares with you one of his plushies - a simple blue teddy bear. It's honestly quite out of place considering his other toys and his most treasured Ruin Guard plushies, but it reminds you of the boy - cute, tiny, huggable, and blue. If you wear earrings, he'll also somehow get his hands on a matching pair, so you're always carrying a piece of him! After all, as much as you'd like to be cool and wear Dottore's blue vial on your ear too, it's not as comfortable as he makes it looks...

Sigma's gift is as sweet as he is, combining two of his interests - plants and sweets - and what does that get you? Chocolate roses of course! The segment gifts you the bouquet all romantically, before one rose is suddenly plucked and promptly devoured, of course while he watches you laugh and munch one right after. It becomes a tradition of sorts afterward, and you learned to make them yourself to surprise him too! It's such a shame he can't grow chocolate flowers in his greenhouse...

Phi leaves you with a nice perfume/cologne, nothing too overpowering, with a lovely designed bottle with the patterns of her clothes. Somehow it never runs out (she refills it when you're not around). The trick is that the smell is quite similar to hers, so whenever you wear it, the other segments get slightly annoyed as they're practically smelling her on you - completely unfair of course. Before they can try to cover you with theirs instead, Phi always whisks you away.

Omega, for once, has a bit of trouble deciding what your gift is, surprisingly. He's pondered over it for a while, catching himself idly thinking about it. He believes it must be the perfect gift, the best gift - the gift you like the best. Being the observant person you are, you notice his thinking and inquire, and so he just bluntly asks you what you would like the best. You can't help but let out a laugh, claiming that although you think his thoughtfulness is cute, there was really no need to think that hard into it - you'd appreciate and love anything because he was the best lover you could ask for! And then it hits Omega - that's right, he is the best - already superior to his other selves. And so, that night, you had your gift all to yourself, every inch of him.

I've been in a really odd spot in my life where I haven't been very motivated to do any writing (or even just creating in general) for long burst of time, which means that any requests I have been sent previously have been sitting in my drafts half finished because I cannot for the life of me find any inspiration to write anything.

I count myself lucky that I had enough motivation and energy to start pre-planning for the rest of this series. If you take a look at the series masterlist you'll notice that there are numbers next to the current chapters and beyond. I've decided that the entire series is going to be 14 chapters in total with a bonus chapter for Oscar and Y/n's shenanigans at the end of the 2024 season.

I can't thank everyone enough for being so incredibly patient with me as I try to work through this writing slump. Slowly but surely I will start uploading fic reqs again

Candy:

Candy is a man of many gifts and surprises, as his favorite thing to do in his incredibly long life is surprise people. Candy took his time, however, waiting to fully get to know you in your relationship with him so he could learn the best ways to surprise you, and today was the day he was finally going to enact his plan. He had prepared a lovely little date for you, a picnic in one of the most beautiful groves in the Underworld, comprised of your favorite food and freshly baked sweet treats. Without telling you where he was taking you, he'd whisked you off, picnic basket and blanket in hand, walking you to the beautiful area at the perfect time of day, with the sun bright in the sky so it could shine through all of the trees, making the area beautifully glow. You were so caught off guard by the picturesque surroundings that you hadn't noticed Candy laying out the blanket and placing your favorite food and all of the little treats he'd made onto the blanket until you accidentally bumped into him.

He simply chuckled at you, helping you sit as he dished out the meal for you, picking out the prettiest of desserts as well, handing them to you eagerly as he explained what they were. Overcome by the sweet gestures he was displaying, you couldn't help but begin to cry, something that immediately halted Candy in his tracks. He immediately asked if you were alright, pulling you into his lap so he could hug you and gently rock you back and forth. When you explained your reasoning for the tears, Candy could only frown and hold you tighter, eventually releasing you so he could pepper your face in kisses. He was quick to tell you to prepare yourself, because he was a man of many gifts and surprises, and this just means he's gonna have to surprise you twice as often, he said quite proudly as he puffed out his chest, getting a giggle out of you that softened him and had him nuzzling into your neck. Candy would do whatever he could to show you just how much he absolutely adored you, and he'd give you so many gifts and surprises that you'd get sick of them.

LJ:

If there's one thing Jack is the best at, it's either making plushies or making desserts, both of which he likes to spoil you with as the person he loves most. On this particular day, he had been sitting up in his room, crocheting away as he often did, working on a lovely little surprise for you. He'd already started making candy canes for the season, and it inspired him to make two candy cane colored bears, one for you and one for himself, that way the two of you could match. It didn't take long before he was fully satisfied with their plush, cute designs before he was bounding off to wherever you were, presenting them to you with a smile, and offering you your plush, extra stuffed bear, with freshly made candy canes resting on its arms. Jack hadn't noticed your tears yet, too caught up in his explanation of the different flavors of candy canes until you'd let out a loud hic as you tried to catch your breath. Jack's head snapped toward you in shock, his eyes widening as he quickly scooped you up so you were sitting on one of his arms, and he squeezed you to his chest with the other.

Jack, in his confusion, asked if it was a bad gift and if he had upset you, and in response, you quickly shook your head and told him that it was the nicest gift a partner had ever given you. Jack's mouth flew open and he squeezed you tighter, huffing and stating that he'd have to make you even better plushies then, because this wasn't even close to the best of his work, and he'd do his best to keep surprising you, which only brought more tears from your eyes as you clutched onto him. He told himself he'd have to make you more desserts tonight so he could fill you up with them and try and stop your tears, but for now, he'd take you upstairs to cuddle with your newly made plush. He'd hold himself to it, to make you the biggest and cutest plushes physically possible, because that was the bare minimum of what he thought you deserved, and he'd go above and beyond that for you in any way that he could.

Jason:

If Jason wasn't spoiling you, he wasn't living. This man lived and breathed to make you feel like royalty, and nothing in the world would stop him from doing so. One of Jason's favorite ways of doing so was tailoring you new clothes, clothes that always fit you perfectly and bring out the best of your features. Today was one of those days, as Jason was going to be attending another ball here soon, and he wanted to have you accompany him. He'd made the two of you matching outfits, Jason's being red and representing the sun, and yours being blue and representing the moon and the constellations. It was the most beautiful outfit you'd ever worn, and that already had you ready to cry, but Jason's praise had made you even more overwhelmed.

He couldn't stop gushing over how beautiful you looked, citing that you were more gorgeous than all the stars in the solar system, that nothing in the universe could compare to your beauty, and it had pushed you over the edge until you were covering your face as tears flowed out of you. Jason was quick to pull you to a chair, sitting you down and kneeling in front of you. He'd pulled your hands into his own, pressing smooches along your fingers as he asked you what was wrong, and when you explained, he nearly scoffed, saying it was ridiculous that this was the nicest thing ever done for you, that he could do better. He explained to you that in his eyes, you deserved all the riches in the world, that he believed nothing he could give you would ever be good enough to match how truly spectacular you are. He pulled you forward so he could soothe your cries with kisses, mentally planning 1,000 different ways he could give you something far better than this, far more fitting and wonderful for someone as perfect as you. Jason wouldn't stop until he'd given you the best gift physically possible, wholly unaware that in your eyes, he was the best gift you could ever be given, and you'd make sure he'd realize that someday, just as he'd make you realize that you deserved it.
